Greetings
I have a 14X68 single wide with metal roof now. I have heard of mobile homes roofing replaced with gable style roofing and three tab.
Any suggestions?

We used to do quite a few of these in Montana for established mobile homes. Most mobile homes have a 2/12 to 3/12 pitch which is pretty flat for shingles (As far as I am concerned anyway). To accomodate a new roof we built a post and beam structure around the house set 4' into the ground on concrete pads and then hand framed a roof over that with a 4/12 or 5/12 pitch.

I would recommend epdm rubber roofing on the mobile home

HI , IM A METAL ROOFING FABRICATOR. I HAVE BEEN RE-ROOFING EXISTING MOBILE HOME ROOFS FOR ABOUT 11 YRS.I HAVE A SYSTEM I USE THAT IS LESS THAN 1 POUND PER SQ. FT IT IS VENTILATED AND ALSO STRENGHTHENS THE EXISTING ROOF STRUCTURE.13 BEAUTIFUL COLORS TO CHOOSE FROM.PUTTING THIS SYSTEM ON WILL ASSURE THE END TO ANY AND ALL ROOFING ISSUES.

This is what we had to use and it worked quite well. Definitely worth taking a look at this as an option to see if it would work for you as well.
